Key Responsibilities
Own post-sales relationships with existing and new customers to grow annual recurring revenue (ARR)
Help improve customer experience through data analysis
Contribute to tutorials and communications while maximizing customer retention
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in startup SaaS
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
Demonstrated leadership qualities
Ability to handle multiple priorities
