About the Role

As a Professional Civil Engineer , you'll play a pivotal role in designing and managing high-impact civil engineering projects across sectors such as land development, urban infrastructure, municipal projects, and educational facilities . You'll work alongside talented professionals in a supportive environment that values your voice, expertise, and long-term growth.

This is a hybrid position , offering a flexible balance between in-office collaboration and remote productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or support the design, planning, and coordination of civil engineering projects from concept to completion.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams , ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of engineering solutions.

Prepare detailed plans, technical reports, specifications, and permit documents.

Mentor junior engineering staff and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team culture

Communicate with clients, contractors, and public agencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas preferred.

Candidates with EIT and the ability to obtain a P.E. within 6 months are also encouraged to apply.

5+ years of experience in civil engineering design (land development or infrastructure experience preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and / or Bentley design software preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
