Job description
A company is looking for a Digital Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements for CRM functions, focusing on system integration and data mapping
Work with business sponsors and product owners to prioritize functionality and communicate with development teams
Provide process support to simplify and standardize business processes while coordinating changes across systems
Required Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Domain knowledge in Private Equity is desired
Experience in writing business requirements or user stories
Familiarity with agile project management practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proficiency in using Jira for managing project tasks
