  • innen und Journalist
  • innen steuert seit 2017 die PR für über 400 Scale-ups europaweit. Mit getpress wollen wir zur Nr. 1 Anlaufstelle für PR in Europa werden.

Was du bei uns machst

  • Pressearbeit auf höchstem Niveau : Du entwickelst kreative und maßgeschneiderte PR Geschichten, die du direkt an Journalist
  • innen pitchst. Keine Standardtexte – nur echte, zielgerichtete PR Arbeit. Kein Social Media.
  • Kund
  • innenbetreuung : Du betreust eigenständig rund drei Kund
  • innen und unterstützt weitere im Kund
  • innenteam.
  • Aktive Medienansprache : Du baust und pflegst enge Beziehungen zu Journalistinnen und bringst so deine Kund
  • innen durch überzeugende Geschichten ins Gespräch.
  • Zielgerichtete Performance : Du arbeitest mit klaren KPIs und trägst durch täglichen Medienkontakt und enge Kund
  • innenbetreuung aktiv zum Erfolg bei.

    • Was dich erwartet

  • Journalistische PR statt Massenversand : Bei uns gibt es keine generischen Pressemitteilungen oder Gießkannenverteiler. Wir arbeiten individuell, redaktionell und mit klarer Themenstrategie und pitchen gezielt per Telefon bei passenden Journalist
  • innen aus einem breiten Medienspektrum, wie GI und Wirtschaft.
  • Langfristige Perspektive & Entwicklung : Du startest mit einem unbefristeten Vertrag. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir einen klaren Fahrplan für deine fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung – mit regelmäßigen Feedbacks und transparenten Zielen.

    • Anforderungen

  • Du hast über 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der operativen PR Welt gesammelt (z. B. als (Junior) PR Consultant, PR Berater
  • in oder Communications Manager
  • in mit Fokus PR) und hast mehrfach Unternehmen eigenständig in großen Leitmedien platziert.
  • Du verstehst, wie Medien ticken und entwickelst aus komplexen Themen präzise Geschichten, die journalistisch funktionieren.
  • Du hast schon auf eigenen Kund
  • innen gearbeitet und diese strategisch als auch operativ betreut.
  • Du hast ein gut gepflegtes Netzwerk zu Journalist
  • innen und weißt, wie man vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf- und ausbaust.
  • Du beobachtest die Nachrichtenlage aktiv und erkennst Themenpotenziale, bevor andere sie auf dem Schirm haben.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bringst dich ins Team ein und teilst dein Wissen offen.
  • Du nutzt KI-Tools pragmatisch, um Prozesse zu beschleunigen, damit mehr Zeit für inhaltliche Tiefe und kreative Ideen bleibt.
  • Du bist positiv, voller Tatendrang und hast Lust langfristig mit uns zu wachsen.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2- Niveau, kannst auch auf Englisch professionell kommunizieren und lebst in Deutschland.
