Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role in growing and developing an assigned sales territory for Sino Biological’s reagents and bioprocessing services.
- Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support the company’s sales objectives within the industry and biopharma sectors.
- Focus 30% of time on quote generation, lead follow‑up, and account management; 70% on client‑facing field visits, relationship building, and territory growth.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to execute territory sales strategies and achieve revenue goals.
- Engage with industry clients to understand their project needs and recommend Sino Biological’s products and services that best support their goals.
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Travel throughout Northern California for client meetings, vendor shows, and roadshows to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to refine sales approaches and expand industry partnerships.
- Represent Sino Biological at local industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and company capabilities.
Requirements
Previous sales experience in the life sciences or biotechnology industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, preferably involving reagents or contract research services.Strong understanding of molecular and cell biology concepts, with exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for engaging with industry professionals.Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.Bachelor’s or higher degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field preferred.Must be based in or within commutable distance to San Francisco, California.Willingness to travel regularly throughout Northern California for client meetings and industry events.Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to travel to client sites.Must be able to lift and move 25–50 lbs.At this time, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
