Our client, a growing leader in the filtration industry, is seeking an AP / AR Specialist to join the accounting team! This is a newly restructured role combining both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Salary : $68K - $73K + 10% annual bonus (paid quarterly, based on performance)

Responsibilities : AP / AR Specialist

Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable : cash application, invoicing, collections calls, and account reconciliations.

Oversee Accounts Payable : invoice entry, PO coding, 3-way matching, and vendor payments.

Assist with credit card process, receipt collection, and journal entries.

Support general ledger activities including reconciliations and adjustments.

Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve discrepancies.

Contribute to process improvements across AP and AR.

Qualifications : AP / AR Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance, or 3+ years of AP / AR experience.

Experience with high-volume AP (200+ invoices / week).

ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred.

Strong Excel skills and data entry accuracy.

Comfortable with collections calls and AR clean-up.

Team-oriented, detail-focused, and strong communicator.
