Our client, a leading global entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Recruiting Researcher who will own the top of the funnel and maintain the health of pipelines through search. This person will source, screen, and assess candidates across a variety of pipelines and will partner closely with members of the TA team to manage 10–15 searches at a time.
This role requires at least 5 years of experience directly recruiting for UX/UI and Product roles. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
This is a 12‑month remote contract with the possibility of extension. Candidates must be able to work in the U.S. and must not hold H‑1B visa status. The hourly rate is $65.00; benefits are available through Talent Table. No C2C arrangements.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with recruiters and recruiting researchers to understand hiring needs and attract and engage top talent.
- In partnership with a recruiter and/or recruiting researcher, determine appropriate strategies to develop and build out talent pipelines.
- Enact inclusive and diverse sourcing strategies, identifying approaches to broaden representation in pipelines.
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing techniques. Additionally, you’ll provide inbound sourcing support for roles with a high volume of applicants or similar candidate profiles.
- Assess and screen candidates through a consistent and structured review process.
Who You Are:
- You have 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 2 years as a full‑cycle recruiter and proven success in—and passion for—developing strong talent pipelines within Design, including Product Design.
- Self‑motivated and driven; you look for solutions and deliver impact without needing to be asked twice.
- Curious; you dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile, researching market trends and domain technology, and seek out information to gain a solid understanding of the business. You ask for feedback and want to grow and develop in your career.
- Accustomed to multitasking, meeting multiple deadlines, and maintaining data integrity.
- You leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to track your progress and inform decisions.
- Experience with Eightfold is a plus.
