This role will work a hybrid schedule coming into the Columbus, Ohio office 2 days per week on Wednesdays & Thursdays.

Job Title

Test Lead for the Product Development Line for NFT Life BSA initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in TOSCA test automation and a solid understanding of Life Insurance products and processes . This role will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions through effective test planning, execution, and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven expertise in TOSCA automation tools
• Familiarity with Life Insurance business domains (e.g., Whole Life, Term Life, Universal Life)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working in agile development environments

All Quality Engineers perform quality planning, quality design and execution. You will focus on a blend of skills enabling efficient execution of risk-based testing, test automation, performance testing, test data management, test environment management, continuous integration and continuous deployment all improving speed to delivery for our business partners.
