What You Will Do

You will lead KCAV's sales organization, setting strategy, managing performance, and developing talent to drive revenue growth and market expansion. You will oversee Sales Consultants, align sales efforts with company goals, and build scalable processes that strengthen KCAV's position in the AV industry. You will act as a key leader across departments, ensuring collaboration, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

Strategic Sales Leadership

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue and growth goals.
• Track pipeline activity, conversion trends, and market shifts to adjust strategy.
• Share forecasts and insights with leadership to support companywide planning.
• Lead, mentor, and hold Sales Consultants accountable for performance.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales and marketing talent.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
