Apply today! The Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician has responsibilities to maintain, troubleshoot and repair a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
This position requires proficiency in multiple skill clusters, such as electrical controls, PLC troubleshooting, 480v 3 phase motors, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes.
This person will perform medium to high-level machine systems troubleshooting and repair, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation.
Qualifications / Skills : Must Have :
- 5+ years in industrial manufacturing
- PLC troubleshooting, inputs / outputs, and changeouts of programs
- Experience with Factory Talk or similar HMI software
- Photo eyes, sensors, limit switches, and solenoids
- Repairing and troubleshooting conveyor systems (line controls)
- Mechanical Systems (bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes)
- Hydraulics & Pneumatics
- High and Low Voltage
- Ability to operate a multimeter to diagnose a variety of electrical issues
- Occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds
- Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
