Technical Implementation Analyst

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Analyst to join their growing Implementation team.

Key Responsibilities

Own the implementation of forms and rate changes for insurance products, translating business requirements into technical specifications

Create test plans, execute test cases, and troubleshoot issues

Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams across different time zones

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience as an operations, implementation, or project analyst

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and functions

Bachelor's degree required

Experience with JIRA, GitHub, or similar software tools is a plus

Insurance industry experience is preferred
