Sales Executive - Group Events

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive in Group Events, where you will play a pivotal role in driving group sales success! This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $32.21 - $42.79 per hour with bonus eligibility. Based at the Gaylord Gnrl Jackson Showboat, located at 2812 Opryland Drive, Nashville, Tennessee, your contributions will directly influence our guests' experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the on-property liaison for group sales, and work to close group business effectively through site inspections and timely business turnover.
• Achieve group revenue goals by actively up-selling and responding to new group opportunities that align with property sales strategies.
• Utilize your knowledge of the market, including competitors and economic trends, to sell effectively and negotiate contracts.
• Develop the group sales revenue and operating budgets, and provide forecasting reports to ensure transparency and success.
• Participate in pre- and post-convention meetings to gather feedback and improve the quality of our services.
• Ensure seamless transitions from sales to operations, maintaining high service quality throughout.
