Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist - EIV.

Key Responsibilities :

Pull monthly and quarterly EIV reports for all HUD properties

Run 90-day EIV income reports for all move-ins and monitor progress on discrepancies

Provide support for Special Claims processes and perform other assigned duties

Required Qualifications :

Prior Project-Based Section 8 experience

Minimum two (2) years of experience with Special Claims and EIV processes

Two (2) years of affordable housing compliance experience with knowledge of HUD Secure Systems

Experience with Yardi and / or RealPage preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions
