Job description7–10+ years of IT project / program management experience. Proven track record in leading federal or enterprise-scale projects. Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid frameworks. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. PMP or PgMP certification required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or Management.

Position Overview
The Senior IT Project Manager drives large-scale technology initiatives across multi-agency and enterprise environments. This position ensures alignment with mission, governance, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-phase IT projects with Agile / Waterfall integration.
- Manage cross-functional teams and vendor coordination.
- Define PMO standards and ensure federal compliance (FAR, NIST).
- Provide executive reporting and risk management oversight.
- Mentor project teams and support portfolio strategy.
