Description

The IT Support Engineer plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organizations technology environment. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, maintaining computer systems and networks, and assisting end-users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Reporting directly to the Director of IT Infrastructure, the IT Support Engineer will combine strong technical expertise with excellent problem-solving and communication skills to keep systems secure, reliable, and efficient. This is a Wed Sun 3 : 00pm 12 : 00am Position.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Proficient with multiple operating systems and common business applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
