Inside Sales Representative

Were looking for a motivated, team-oriented, highly organized individual with strong communication skills to join our Inside Sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, your day will be spent fielding incoming leads from a variety of sources and prospecting through our existing database to generate opportunities. You will be responsible for making and receiving phone calls, cultivating relationships, setting appointments, and managing leads in our CRM.

You will ask questions to determine the motivation and other key information points for Buyer, Seller, Landlord, and Tenant leads, and schedule appointments for our Real Estate Agents and Property Managers. At Bluefield Realty Group, we are passionate about personal and professional development and strive to provide all of the tools, resources, training, and support necessary for our new team members to successfully perform and thrive in their roles.

We are currently looking to fill the following schedule :

• Sunday-Thursday from 11 : 30 am - 8 : 00 pm

Compensation :

$48,000 - $60,000 yearly
