As an Area Product Owner in the Chase Zelle team, you drive the vision, strategy, and execution of a platform that empowers consumers and small businesses to send and receive money instantly. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensure operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities :
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
10+ years in product management, including 5+ years in real-time or P2P payments for both consumers and small businesses
Proven track record of leading large-scale, highly regulated product launches
Deep expertise in fraud, risk, and claims-handling frameworks, with a proactive mindset for mitigation
Strong experience partnering with Marketing on go-to-market strategies and campaigns
Success managing external partnerships, consortium representation
Exceptional executive presence
Demonstrated leadership in hiring, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience in large, matrixed organizations with complex governance structures
Advanced analytical skillsfluent in leveraging data to prioritize and prove impact
Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product discovery techniques
