Job Level : W2T Consultant

Job Location : Remote / Hybrid, must be able to go on-site in Chicago for workshops a few days each month

Travel Expectations : 25%

In this role, you will :

  • Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale IT initiatives
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Manage cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, vendors, and business units
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate project status to executives and stakeholders through reports and presentations
  • Maintain current resource plan and report resource concerns timely
  • Manage project finances including budgeting, forecasting, and month end close

Who You Are :

  • 7+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level IT projects successfully
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Proven ability to manage risks, resolve issues, and drive decision velocity across diverse teams
  • Experience with technologies (Microsoft Virtual Desktop, 0365, eCDN solutions) Preferred Skills
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
  • Experience with GDPR, SOX, and audit-ready design practices
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
