An Average Day :
(Includes, but not limited to)
Perform entire admission process and act as a resource for admissions team membersPerform Medicare, Medicaid, VA and private insurance verificationCoordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team by providing effective communication with patients, families, caregivers, staff members, payor sources, other healthcare professionals and referral sourceTrack and interpret data and trends related to departmental developmentReport on data and trends to include weekly meeting with National Director of AdmissionsDemonstrate commitment, professional growth and competencyOther duties as assignedRequirements :
Bachelor's or Master's Degree PreferredFlexible in working hours to meet the needs of the business, patients, and familiesMust have three (3) years of experience in a healthcare related setting, five (5) years of experience preferredMust be a licensed driver with licensed automobile that is insures in accordance withorganization / state requirements and is in good working order
Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check prior to hire and annuallythereafter
