Director of Project Development

Some things you can expect to do :
- Support the Directors of Development and VPs of Development by participating in the coordination of and execution of various supporting assignments on multiple projects.
- Perform market research.
- Organize project information, including project meetings.
- Facilitate project team communication.
- Prepare deal approval packages for the board of directors and management teams.
- Assist in site evaluation and acquisition and with LOI / Lease negotiations.
- Assist in coordinating tenant improvement construction projects.
- Support the entitlement process.
- Draft and create development proposals.
- Create and manage simple to complex development pro formas.
To be successful in this role, a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field is required. You must have 2-4 years of related experience.
