Role : Pega Lead Application Developer

Location : Irving, TX (Hybrid )

Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Pega Lead Application Developer to our team. This role involves designing and developing Pega CDH applications , managing the proposition / offer matrix, and ensuring adherence to implementation standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Pega Decisioning , Next Best Action strategies , and predictive modeling .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of Pega CDH applications.
• Manage the Proposition / Offer matrix and ensure compliance with standards.
• Design and implement Adaptive Decisioning Models (ADM) and predictive models.
• Develop and optimize Next Best Action (NBA) strategies.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.
• Mentor junior developers and guide them on best practices.
• Understand and integrate data from various systems, ensuring accurate data flow.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and operational efficiency during the design phase.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business, Marketing, IT, PMO, and offshore / onshore teams.
• Provide regular status updates and contribute to management reporting and dashboards.
• Participate in team and stakeholder meetings, primarily during U.S. business hours.
