Corporate Planning & Analysis Summer 2026 Staff Intern
PSEG is looking for a Summer 2026 Staff Intern for the Corporate Planning & Analysis. This job involves working as a staff Intern and will work closely with the Performance Analysis & Reporting team to support the Enterprise and PSE&G scorecard process utilizing various key performance indicators (KPI's). This role provides hands-on experience in KPI tracking, data validation, metric reporting, and analytical insight generation that directly contributes to the organization's performance management objectives. This internship offers the opportunity to apply academic learnings while gaining practical experience with the company's various scorecards, KPI development and tracking, and exposure to industry-leading business technologies. The intern will learn how KPIs are used to drive business performance and decision-making while developing analytical, communication, and teamwork skills essential for success in a professional environment. This internship is ideal for students seeking to expand their understanding of performance management in a dynamic corporate environment. This position will be Hybrid Flexible. There is an expectation to be in office 8 times a month with Tuesday being a mandatory anchor day.

All PSEG internship roles are paid at an hourly rate, however there are no medical benefits associated with these positions. Incumbents are expected to work 40 hours per week over the duration of the summer internship. We are targeting currently enrolled / matriculating students that are able to commute to their designated work location as needed.
