Customer Support Representative LHH Recruitment is working with a company near Mesa who is in search of a customer support representative to join their team on a full time basis. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm. The hourly rate is between 19 / hr-21 / hr

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone and email. You’ll help resolve issues, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do :

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with order status, product information, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting
• Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are fully resolved
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
• Deliver exceptional service that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction
