We are seeking experienced Engineering Managers-Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, and I&C to join our team. Our staff leads and collaborates with Kiewit's module fabrication and construction teams to approach construction-driven engineering with a focus on safe, cost effective, and innovative designs that achieve client expectations and further Kiewit's legacy of excellence.

Location : The position is located in Lenexa, KS, Oak Ridge, TN, or Lone Tree, CO.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership :

Lead and oversee engineering teams across disciplines (mechanical, piping, structural, civil, electrical).

Identify DOE and commercial nuclear market opportunities, key clients, partners, and risks.

Maintain consistent engagement with key client decision-makers, teaming partners, and affiliate organizations.

Collaborate with proposal and marketing teams to develop winning deliverables (proposals, brochures, presentations).

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field.

Deep understanding of design engineering processes specific to nuclear facilities.

Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Active engagement with key clients, teaming partners, and affiliate organizations.

Must be a U.S. Citizen to support nuclear solutions.

Other Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

Base Compensation : $201,000 / yr - $211,000 / yr (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and location).
