Job Summary :
We are actively seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager / Senior Graphic Designer who will assist our CEO in leading marketing operations and be responsible for both the direction and creation of company marketing assets.
This dual role requires proficiency in graphic design along with the ability to strategize and execute effective marketing campaigns that align with our company’s goals.
Responsibilities :
- Marketing Management :
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinate and oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and brand.
- Including but not limited to email, social media, website, industry marketing platforms
- Proactively push out company campaigns to B2B partners and B2B media outlets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to offer informed recommendations for business marketing strategies.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Manage all aspects in regards to presentation and attendance of Industry trade shows
- Maintain monthly reporting across all marketing channels
- Graphic Design :
- Design and produce marketing materials such as advertisements, digital catalogs, banners, social posts, and corporate presentations and price lists, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and communication standards.
- Collaborate with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Manage 3rd party production graphic designers and social media contractors
- Create and direct the visual layout of marketing materials by bringing conceptual ideas to life through graphic design.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a marketing manager and graphic designer, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with content management systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the latest marketing trends and digital technology.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in leading a marketing team.
- Experience in SEO, PPC, and data-driven marketing.
- Experience in a startup environment
