Bartender
Job Description :
Ghost Ranch is seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for mixology, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Upsell and promote specials or featured drinks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a bartender in a similar setting
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Must be of legal drinking age and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
