HUB's Customer Service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management, claims management, day-to-day client oversight, and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Our Account Manager II ensures clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. Facilitates positive and effective relationships with clients and insurance carrier staff. Acts as the point-of-contact for larger, more complex property accounts. Responsibilities include managing the entire account-service process, marketing to carriers, preparing quotes and proposals, presenting proposals to clients, participating in client meetings / presentations with Producer(s), overseeing the processing of enrollments / changes / terms, maintaining renewal controls on expirations and binders, responding to / resolving escalated client issues, checking policies / endorsement / audits for accuracy, coordinating premium financing and the collection of premiums, and maintaining accurate and organized account files.

Salary : The expected salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, education and licensing certifications, geographic location, approved salary budget as well as the specific position's business line, complexity, scope and level. What You Bring To The Table : You are perfect for this opportunity if you hold a high school diploma / GED (college degree strongly preferred), have at least 5+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience, managing the risks for construction clients, are currently licensed in good standing, demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization, demonstrated presentation skills, demonstrated oral and written communication skills, have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization, and are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
