Job description

Account Executive For Custom Metal Fabrication And Machining

Our client is a custom metal fabrication and machining company based in Nebraska. They have grown into a precision-focused manufacturer serving industrial clients across the U.S. Their services include :

  • CNC Machining
  • Metal Fabrication
  • Welding and Laser Welding
  • Waterjet Cutting
  • 3D Laser Scanning
  • 5-Axis Machining

They have been very successful and profitable since inception. They are currently in 9 states and looking to be in all 50!

Job Description

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing clients. Track and manage account performance metrics to ensure targets are met. Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have :

  • A strong background in sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Experience selling a component or custom part or solution into food manufacturing - REQUIRED
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
