Applicants for the Head of Customer Engineering position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years of experience in technology, software engineering, or customer engineering roles. A background in SaaS, healthcare, life sciences, or consulting is preferred, along with a proven track record in a leading consulting firm with significant implementation experience. The role requires a deep understanding of cloud platforms, data integration, API management, and process automation, as well as hands-on experience with the technical delivery of large-scale data platforms and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of software engineering best practices, outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to mentor and develop a team of engineers.
