Responsibilities :
- Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including event execution and daily service
- Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency and presentation
- Lead, train and motivate kitchen staff to perform at their best during both prep and service
- Manage Prep schedules, station organization and event timelines
- Monitor inventory, ordering and food cost controls
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
Qualifications :
4+ years as a Sous Chef or equivalent experience in a fine dining or high end catering environmentStrong organizational and leadership skillsAbility to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven atmosphereExcellent communication and team management skillsCreative, detail oriented and dedicated to guest satisfactionMust demonstrate strong sense of urgency and professionalismWhy Join Us :
