Mobilelink is the largest National Cricket dealer with over 500 Cricket stores and is growing. We are looking for a Bilingual Retail Store Manager I to lead a store, drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and manage operations. Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve strong performance.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure employees are trained on new products and promotions.
• Support Human Resources and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Assist on the sales floor to coach and develop store personnel.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours; ensure a clean, inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, documentation, and policies.
• Respond promptly to communications and complete required training on time.
• Protect assets and participate in outside events or promotions when required, as part of business growth.
