About The Role

Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to :

• Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff
• Be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintained
• Replace staff call-ins and call-offs
• Schedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the direction and approval of Director of Nursing
• Coordinate records of absenteeism, requests, schedules, etc. with DON and Payroll department
• Maintain communication with DON at all times about all areas
• Nursing floor duties as allowed
