About the Role

As Director of Technology Operations, you'll be the storyteller connecting strategy and technology, turning Walmart's bold, AI-powered content vision into real results. Reporting to the Senior Director of Item Experience, you'll lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to supercharge Walmart's product shopability and product details pages strategy reinventing how customers shop. You're a systems thinker and strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity, aligns complex ecosystems, and drives clarity through communication. You'll partner across Walmart and with leading content partners to deliver transformative, customer-first experiences. We're looking for a visionary doer someone who connects dots, challenges the norm, and inspires teams to build what's next.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock

Minimum Qualifications :

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project / program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Option 2 : 8 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. 3 years' supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project / program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
