Our client, a well-established organization headquartered in Rockville Maryland , is seeking a Technical Lead (hybrid) with strong expertise across Salesforce and Mulesoft platforms. This role offers the chance to shape enterprise-level architecture, lead a talented development team, and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that enable key business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce and Mulesoft developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Architect and design end-to-end solutions leveraging Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and Mulesofts Anypoint Platform .
• Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and governance for Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL / SOSL) and Mulesoft integrations (API design, security, deployment).
• Act as a hands-on contributor , developing and optimizing high-quality, maintainable code.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) , from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Manage Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools and automation frameworks.
• Design and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, data warehouse, and external platforms).
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Stay current with emerging technologies within the Salesforce and Mulesoft ecosystems and recommend strategic enhancements.
