Who we are looking for

We're seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain a robust network infrastructure across a multi-site, cloud integrated environment. You will be instrumental in connecting our Re : Builders and partners to accomplish our business goals!

What you get to do

• Understand and analyze all organization requirements, i.e. performance, scalability, availability, and security requirements
• Design, configure, optimize all company networks, including all on-premise (manufacturing, office, remote, etc.) and cloud (Azure, AWS, SaaS, etc.) to meet organizational goals and needs
• Manage and maintain firewalls, switches, routers, wireless access points, IP addressing, certificates, protocols, VPN, and other networking devices / equipment / resources
• Provide troubleshooting and support to properly resolve complex network issues to keep our business optimally running, while keeping collaborators informed with regular status updates as needed
• Monitor network performance and proactively solve issues using network monitoring and inspection tools (i.e. SNMP, packet analyzers, etc.)
• Perform regular system updates and patching
• Provide reporting and clear explanation of network utilization on a regular basis
• Collaborate with security team to ensure networks meet cybersecurity and compliance requirements
• Collaborate, mentor, and work with team members where cross team needs exist
• Complete all proper documentation, i.e. design, configurations, ticketing, work updates
• Provide timely and accurate estimates to complete work
• Deliver all work within service level agreements and commitments
• Automate work via scripting and other methods
• Identify, contribute, and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Travel to Re : Build sites, as needed
• Other tasks, as assigned
