Key Responsibilities
Secure pre-certifications and authorizations for complex outpatient services, ensuring compliance with payer requirements
Enter and maintain accurate authorization details in EPIC to support clean claims and efficient revenue cycle operations
Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to validate patient and insurance data for financial clearance and reimbursement accuracy
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle or related healthcare experience, with at least 1 year specifically in Healthcare Revenue Cycle
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and EPIC
Solid understanding of how Revenue Cycle impacts financial outcomes
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience in training and mentoring team members and new employees
