Position Summary :
The Senior Financial & Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the company’s financial planning and operational efficiency. This position involves analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions. The role also includes collaborating across departments to improve processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Analyze financial statements, operational data, and key performance indicators to identify trends and variances
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership to inform decision-making
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data
- Support the preparation of capital expenditure requests and monitor project performance against budgets
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial and operational systems and workflows
- Lead or participate in special projects to support business growth and operational goals
- Partner with IT Teams to enhance data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of financial and operational data
- Partner with finance, operations, and IT teams to strengthen data governance, improve master data management, and enhance the reliability of KPIs
Qualifications :
At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, operations analysis, or related rolesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferredAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plusStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departmentsOther :
