Responsibilities

Direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies.

  • Organize operations to provide high quality, cost effective services. Model leadership and teaming excellence by providing appropriate advice and counsel to staff to improve effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the delivery of services to meet all productivity plans.
  • Coordinate and integrate services to meet contractual requirements. Conducts ongoing assessments, maintain quality control programs, and improve departmental operations.
  • Direct staff. Manage departmental turnover while maintaining high employee and patient satisfaction.
  • Identify marketing and collaborative opportunities for the department.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration :

  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Practical / Vocational Nurse preferred.
  • Registered Nurse preferred.
  • Education :

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership / management OR Associate's degree / Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership / management.
