A company is looking for a Mid Market Account Executive - Contact Center - West.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifying leads and performing needs assessments while engaging technical resources

Creating and managing client presentations, proposals, and coordinating quarterly business reviews

Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales situations

Required Qualifications

Experience in Telephony Contact Center Sales

Experience leading others with product / services training and sales materials

Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
