Job Summary

The Sheriff's Office provides public safety at all times and therefore every position is deemed essential. All positions are in-person and not eligible for remote work. Every position is also subject to recall based on the needs of the Office to keep the community safe.
This position has an anticipated work schedule of :
Monday - Friday 6 : 30am - 2 : 30pm, subject to change.
Monday - Friday 11 : 00am - 7 : 00pm, subject to change.
Monday - Friday 1 : 50pm - 9 : 50pm, subject to change.

Processes warrants received from the courts, responds to inquiries concerning active warrants, cancels warrants out of computer system, processes served warrants ensuring return to courts, and processes daily in-custody felony preliminary paperwork for the district court. Processes extradition requests.

Work Conditions
Duties are primarily performed in an office environment. Must be able to work shift work and varying schedules. Sheriff's Office employees must complete tuberculosis testing as applicable to the specific position prior to job assignment and periodic testing thereafter.
