Job descriptionProcess warranty claims and ensure they are accurate and compliant with manufacturer and dealership guidelines. Communicate with customers and manufacturers to resolve any claim discrepancies or issues. Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, payments, and related documentation. Review and audit warranty claims to identify any potential fraudulent activities. Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure warranty repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor and report on warranty claims performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Assist in training and educating staff on warranty processes and procedures. Stay current on manufacturer and dealership warranty policies and procedures. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred. At least 2 years of experience in a warranty administration role within the auto industry. Knowledge of manufacturer and dealership warranty policies and procedures. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

NorthStar Auto is seeking a highly motivated Warranty Administrator to join our accounting and finance team in Moon Twp Chevrolet. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty processes and procedures. This is a full-time position with a base salary and commission structure, providing an exciting opportunity for growth within the auto industry.
