A Registered Nurse (RN) job description generally involves assessing patients' health, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. RNs also educate patients and the public about health conditions and treatments.

RN Patient Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Manager to join our team in Flagstaff. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care services while overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage patient care teams to provide high-quality healthcare services.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care programs to meet the needs of the community.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care strategies.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize patient care delivery.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvement plans as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare management role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
