This position serves as the St. Lukes / Kelsey-Seybold Wellness Services coordinator. Duties include assisting the Director and other staff as needed. Answering phones, managing master wellness calendar via health event planning, staff, scheduling and tracking, all departmental bookkeeping and database management.

Required Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of administrative assistant experience or equivalent years of college
• Working knowledge of Access, Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Publisher
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to execute data responsibilities in an organized and effective manner
• Drivers License and access to a reliable transportation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
