- On-boarding
- Compliance

Time and Attendance entryPayroll Register Audit and ReviewUnderstands Federal and State laws and regulations governing PayrollHuman Resources (HR) Director Recruiting Duties :
Responsible for full cycle recruitmentConsult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each departmentManage the job postings processReview resumes and pre-screen candidatesSchedule candidate interviews with hiring managersConducts phone interviews, office interviewsUnderstands HR policy and practices benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.Human Resources (HR) Director Desired Qualifications :
Healthcare Experience Required2 years of HR Management experience, including recruiting experience, required2 years payroll processing experience requiredMust have Strong knowledge of Federal and NY employment laws and regulationsStaffing Coordination experience preferredSalary : up to $85,000 a year
