Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for understanding client needs, recommending suitable Ricoh office products and document management software, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role includes building relationships with clients, managing sales activities, and consulting on document management solutions. Day-to-day tasks will involve client meetings, product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and following up on sales leads.
