Accounts Receivable Analyst

AR Specialist

Schedule : Hybrid (onsite + remote)

Compensation : $55,000–$60,000 DOE

Responsibilities :

The AR Analyst is responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with ERP systems, and advanced proficiency in Excel to analyze data and generate reports. They are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of identifying discrepancies and improving financial workflows.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
