Operations Excellence Sr. Technical Program Manager
The Sr. Technical Program Manager, Operations Excellence, will drive the design, execution, and continuous improvement of operational excellence initiatives for Oracle Health products. In this strategic role, you will ensure operational reliability, regulatory alignment, and the evolution of programs that enhance the performance and maturity of Oracle Health's offerings. You will be accountable for governance frameworks related to defect management, incident response, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), operational maturity assessments, and related excellence programs. You will play a key role in orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, including facilitating global operations meetings with senior leadership to align on priorities, monitor progress, resolve escalations, and drive accountability for operational outcomes. Success in this position demands exceptional program and product management expertise, the ability to synthesize insights into action, and a talent for influencing cross-business teams.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
