Technical Designer - Licensed Apparel

Isaac Morris LTD is a leader in the apparel industry. We are a Men's, Juniors, Kids apparel company. We have a roster of licenses from Disney, WB, Nick etc.

Responsibilities :

• Create, update, establish and utilize graded specs / blocks based on fabrication for all sample development and confirmed orders;
• Review and evaluate proto / fit samples, pre-production samples, testing samples and TOP samples on all orders.
• Conduct fittings with design, sales and Production to determine final fit and workmanship per silhouette
• Communicate with factories fit and construction comments and ensuring that they fully understand and follow all needed corrections.
• Review and correct patterns and artwork placements provided by factories.
• Maintain and create a library for block body, fit and construction standard per customer.
• Experience with Walmart and Costco is a must
• Kids licensed apparel experience is a plus
