Operations Support Coordinator

Job Title

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Communicate with Operations team to ensure pick sheets are accurate
• Complete inventory allocation transactions in XD system while reviewing equipment testing, inspections and creating shippers and Testing Files.
• Institute best practices as they relate to shop operational management.
• Coordinate with Plant Management to improve inventory, testing and inspection processes
• Validate equipment transfers from warehouse while team is unloading
• Report scrap loads leaving the facility Check against CO inventory
• Recognize and suggest improvements to eliminate errors throughout operations
• Ability to learn testing criteria, create and process using testing information
• Create equipment move sheets.
• Assist operations leadership in process audits and improvement
• Ability to adjust work schedule and / or work overtime.
• Assist leadership in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S)
• Working hands-on with equipment and testing machines
