Akili Interactive is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to coach and manage a team of high-performing Sales Account Executives in support of our flagship product, EndeavorRx, and potential future products.

This role will report into our Head of Sales, and will be a key contributor to the overall success of the launch of EndeavorRx.

Scope + Results

  • Become an expert in Akilis product offerings, as well as the current pediatric ADHD market, and the particular challenges Digital Therapeutics face in the space.
  • Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions.
  • Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple pro
  • Evaluate performance of Sales Account Executives and coach to skill and career development through regular field contact
  • Develop key opinion leaders (KOLs) and thought leader support, advocacy groups, and others that can and will impact treatment and disease state management

Competencies + Commitments

  • 7+ years of experience managing high-impact sales teams in the healthcare / pharma space
  • Digital Therapeutics and / or Pediatric ADHD experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM (Veeva) preferred
  • Experience collaborating with commercial operations teams in areas such as alignment / targeting, sales enablement, and territory alignment
  • Proven track record of building and developing teams that produce consistently high quality results.
  • Ability to effectively coach people in their current roles to improve performance and prepare them for future roles
  • Ability to manage all kinds of people equitably. Dealing effectively across race, gender, disabilities, and age, and supporting equal and fair treatment and opportunity for all.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
